As a Lifeguard at Great Wolf Lodge, you will be part of an energetic team that ensures our water features are safe and ready for family fun. Responsibilities Monitor activities in swimming areas to prevent accidents and ensure safety of all guests. Administer first aid and CPR as required, and handle all water rescue emergency situations. Inspect facility for cleanliness; maintain cleanliness of pool area, including the safe and proper handling of pool chemicals. Test water quality in pools, adjust chemicals as needed, and maintain logs of pool maintenance. Provide excellent guest service and facilitate positive interactions with guests. Educate guests on rules and regulations of the water park for their safety. Required Skills Strong swimming proficiency and comfort in water Knowledge of water rescue methods and techniques First aid and CPR certified High attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to communicate and instruct all age groups
