Job Summary Join our dynamic aquatic team as a Lifeguard! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safeguarding all patrons and maintaining order and discipline in the pool and surrounding areas to prevent incidents. Responsibilities Safeguards all patrons in the pool and surrounding area Rescues swimmers in distress and administers first aid and artificial respiration when necessary Maintains order and discipline in pool and surrounding area to prevent incidents in and out of the water Helps maintain and keep area clean Reports equipment and facility issues to management Participates in required monthly training Enforces department rules Experience Requires knowledge of water rescue methods and techniques, swimming strokes and aquatic techniques, first aid principles and procedures Lifeguard certification from Red Cross or equivalent required CPR certified required If you're a certified lifeguard looking for a part-time position with a great team and flexible weekday shifts, we'd love to have you join us!
