2988256994-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Treasure Island Resort & Casino seeks a Lifeguard Supervisor to lead daily operations at our water park. You will supervise and coach lifeguard staff, ensure vigilant guest monitoring, and respond to emergencies using strong rescue, CPR, and First Aid skills. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, safety audits, and maintaining code-compliant pool standards. You'll model exceptional guest service, uphold tribal values of respect and teamwork, and collaborate with resort leaders to deliver a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all guests and team members. Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and schedule lifeguard staff for all water park operations Continuously monitor aquatic areas to ensure guest safety and enforce all rules Respond quickly and effectively to aquatic emergencies using rescue, CPR, and First Aid skills Conduct regular safety drills, in-service training, and performance evaluations for lifeguards Inspect pools, decks, and equipment, reporting and addressing hazards promptly Monitor and document water quality and safety checks in accordance with regulations Deliver friendly, guest-first service and resolve guest concerns professionally Collaborate with resort leaders to support special events and high-traffic periods Maintain accurate incident and maintenance reports Promote a culture of teamwork, respect, and adherence to tribal values Required Skills Aquatic safety procedures Staff supervision CPR techniques First Aid treatment Water rescue techniques Incident reporting Pool chemical monitoring Customer service Scheduling and shift planning Risk assessment
