Job Summary Swim Instructor — Bondi Swim School Bondi Swim School is looking for a fun, reliable, and enthusiastic swim instructor to join our team for Winter 2026! We provide private and small-group swim lessons for children in a positive, encouraging environment focused on water safety, confidence, and skill development. This is a great opportunity for a current or former swim instructor, teacher, college student, competitive swimmer, lifeguard, or someone who simply loves working with kids and swimming. What you'll do Teach engaging 30-minute swim lessons to children of different ages and skill levels Help swimmers build water safety, confidence, and swimming skills Create a fun, encouraging environment where children feel successful Communicate with parents about their child's progress Follow Bondi Swim School's lesson structure and safety practices What we're looking for Strong swimming skills and good water safety awareness Patient, positive, energetic personality Enjoys working with children Reliable and professional Teaching or coaching experience preferred, but not required CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain Swim instructor/lifeguard experience is a plus What you'll get Competitive hourly pay based on experience Steady hours with opportunities to continue year-round 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility Paid weekly Training and ongoing support A fun, positive team environment Opportunity to grow with a growing local swim school
