Job Overview Join our dynamic aquatic team as a Little Dolphin Lifeguard and /or Swim Instructors! In this valuable role, you will be the guiding force behind water safety, skill development, and fun for our youngest guests. Your energetic and positive attitude will inspire confidence in children as they learn to swim and enjoy the water safely. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for water safety with delivering exceptional guest services in a lively aquatic environment. Your responsibilities could include (as a lifeguard) maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming swimming area while an instructor providing top-tier coaching in a safe environment. Duties Lifeguards, monitor pool activities continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce facility rules. Lifeguards, respond swiftly to water emergencies with water rescue techniques, CPR, AED operation, and first aid protocols.

Lead engaging swim lessons tailored to children's age and skill levels, promoting water safety and confidence Lifeguards, conduct regular pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections to ensure optimal water quality. Lifeguards, implement public safety procedures during all activities, including emergency response plans for medical or safety incidents. Lifeguards, maintain accurate records of lessons, safety checks, incident reports, and pool maintenance activities. Instructors go through paid training of a minimum of 25 hours. Instructors learn and follow the LDSA curriculum, while bringing their unique personality to the teaching experience. Many lifeguards also teach or become instructors over time. Experience Certification from a recognized organization such as the Red Cross or YMCA is required to lifeguard. Strong swimming skills with certification in
CPR, AED
operation, first aid, and basic life support (BLS). Experience working with children of various ages in an aquatic setting is essential. A positive attitude towards creating a fun and safe environment for young swimmers. Ability to lift heavy equipment or supplies as needed for pool upkeep or emergency situations. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 16.0 per week
