Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Swim Instructor and / or lifeguard to inspire confidence and joy in swimmers of all ages! In this dynamic role, you will deliver engaging, safe, and effective swimming lessons that promote water safety, skill development, and a love for aquatic activities. Whether working with children or adults, your enthusiasm and expertise will help participants achieve their personal goals while fostering a positive learning environment. The Little Dolphin Swim Academy is a privately owned company located conveniently at the intersection of 287 and Route 22 in Bound Brook, New Jersey. We will pay to train you. Duties Lead structured swimming lessons tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers Ensure the safety of all participants. Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their technique and confidence in the water Incorporate fun and motivating activities that engage students and promote physical activity. Learn and follow the LDSA curriculum. Qualifications Experience working with children or in childcare settings. Comfortable in and around swimming and swimming pools.
