We're looking for coaches and referees to guide players across the obstacle courses, demonstrate games and plays. Referee and maintain order on the grounds. Safety and fun are key! Must be personable, friendly, fit and be able to work and demonstrate courses. Opportunity to run classes and programs. You must have a valid certification in AHA CPR/AED and First Aid Responsibilities include: Greet and assist customers in entering the play zones. Helpful and friendly, make everyone feel included Clearly, communicate with managers and customers Be a team player Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time ( up to 8 hours ) Courteous and professional all times Patient and smiling through every circumstance. Explain play areas and rules Ensure that players have a valid wristband, proper footwear, and no loose jewelry Proficient in first-aid and ability to respond fast to accidents and injuries Able to hold games, challenges with groups of players Follow our Dress code Ensure that all pads, nets, springs and other safety items are installed and functioning properly. Assist/ engage with party groups on the equipment. Ensure that all players are following rules. Manage flow and capacity Keep play areas clean and sanitized Attend to any and all injured visitors within your designated area, help when possible in other areas Report any and all injuries to court supervisor who is responsible for backing up the footage on the video cameras and uploading to the Incident Case Form with a completed waiver. Promptly informs the Supervisor on duty of any and all customer complaints or comments or discipline issues with jumpers.
