Company Overview Envy Sports Club & Pools is a high End Resort Fitness Center / Gym and Pools! iWe are a vibrant boutique fitness facility featuring stunning indoor and outdoor pools, relaxing saunas, hot tubs, and a wide range of exercise equipment. This Position also receives TIPS! We are seeking energetic and vigilant Lifeguards to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all pool visitors. As a key member of our team, you will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and provide prompt assistance in emergencies. Your dedication will help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for everyone. Responsibilities Constantly observe pool areas to prevent accidents and respond swiftly to emergencies Observe Pool Parties & ensure saftey Enforce pool rules and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for guests Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections Assist guests with pool-related inquiries and provide excellent guest services Conduct regular pool cleaning tasks such as skimming water surface, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness of surrounding areas Administer first aid or CPR when necessary, following established protocols Requirements Proven Lifeguard experience with current certification in CPR and First Aid Ability to swim proficiently and demonstrate strong swimming skills Knowledge of pool maintenance procedures including chemical balancing and cleaning techniques Physical stamina to stand, walk, or lift for extended periods; capable of heavy lifting when required Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude Prior experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is a plus but not mandatory Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergency situations Join our team to help us deliver a safe, enjoyable aquatic experience while advancing your skills in lifeguarding and facility maintenance!
