- MEP is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project. The Superintendent
- MEP directly supervises field labor force, including laborers/craft workers. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills. Superintendent
MEP Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Proven MEP construction experience 7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge 7+ years of Electrical trade specific knowledge 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs Qualified candidates, excluding current Skanska employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
