Responsibilities Monitor the indoor pool area continuously to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce facility rules and regulations to maintain a safe and respectful environment. Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents with appropriate first aid or CPR as needed. Conduct routine pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, water quality checks, and equipment inspections. Maintain accurate incident reports and communicate effectively with team members during shifts. Perform regular pool cleaning duties such as skimming debris, scrubbing surfaces, and ensuring cleanliness standards are met. Qualifications Valid lifeguard certification with current CPR and First Aid training from a recognized organization. Prior lifeguard or pool supervision experience preferred but not required; training available for qualified candidates. Ability to swim confidently and demonstrate strong swimming skills in various water conditions. Knowledge of basic pool maintenance procedures and safety protocols is a plus. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude. Ability to remain alert, focused, and proactive during long periods of surveillance. Weekday AM shifts are 8:30am

• 1:00 pm; Weekday PM shifts are 3:00 pm
• 8:00 pm Saturday AM Shift 8:30am
• 1:00pm, Saturday Mid Shift 12:30pm
• 4:30pm and Sunday AM shifts are 8:30am
• 1:00pm
