• Join our team as the Seasonal Lead Lifeguard at the Elara and showcase your skills in promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere while delivering excellent customer service with your outgoing, upbeat, and friendly personality. As the Lead Lifeguard, you will coordinate and manage the daily operations of the lifeguards, ensuring their rotations in the pool area run smoothly. What will I be doing? Coordinates the prevention of aquatic incidents through the policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of owners/guests while preventing pool emergencies. Provides emergency care/treatment as needed. Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness, equipment is in good working condition. Knowledge of water rescue methods, life guarding and first - aid practices and techniques. Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience Poses a lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certifications. 2-3 years of Lifeguard experience preferred. Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift, including weekends and Holidays. Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust, and noise. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Requires occasional handling and maneuvering of persons in excess of 100 pounds.
