What You'll Do Lead lifeguard training and certification courses per ARC curriculum. Evaluate trainee performance and provide direct, constructive feedback that helps them improve. Partner with fellow instructors to refine training materials and keep our program sharp. Keep all training activities compliant with American Red Cross regulations and industry best practices. Stay current through ongoing professional development. Build a training environment that's rigorous but genuinely enjoyable. Requirements 18 + years old. Current American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. 2 + years of lifeguarding experience; teaching or coaching experience strongly preferred. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working solo or as part as a team. Professionalism and reliability trainees and staff can count on. Availability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays around training schedules.
