Lifeguard

Harrison Meadows Country Club is now hiring Part-Time Lifeguards to join our team for the Summer Season . This role is ideal for safety-focused, dependable individuals who enjoy working in an outdoor, member-centered environment. Availability is required on weekends and holidays.

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $21.00

BOE Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the pool each day according to scheduled hours. Closely monitoring activities related to the pool area, identifying any safety issues throughout shift. Directing swimmers out of water in dangerous conditions. Closely monitoring weather reports to make sure guests remain safe. Overseeing pool parties. Providing swim lessons and coaching swim team when applicable. Maintaining a clean pool environment. Provide the highest level of customer service to our passholders and their guests.

Current Certifications required:

American Red Cross Lifeguarding - must have or must obtain by job start date. CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer Certification or obtain cert by job start date.

Other requirements:

Must abide by the Employee cell phone policy- which prohibits staff members to carry cell phone while clocked in. Off duty lifeguards required to help with Garbage Disposal, and helping to keep facility neat and orderly. Must be at least 16 years old by job start date. Benefits for
