Completion of the course does not guarantee certification; all American Red Cross skill and evaluation requirements must be met Participation in training does not guarantee employment Training courses are separate from employment and are not considered paid working time Course registration is subject to applicable refund, transfer, and attendance policies Reimbursement is issued only upon successful completion of the season in good standing Candidates are responsible for maintaining all required certifications throughout employment Responsibilities Maintain constant surveillance of patrons in and around the pool Enforce all facility rules and safety regulations professionally Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies Provide first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed Ensure pool area is safe, clean, and free of hazards Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Attend required trainings, meetings, and in-service sessions Complete additional duties as assigned by management Why Work With Us?
