$15.00 per hour Job description: Join our dynamic aquatic team as a Certified Lifeguard and become a vital protector of guest safety and water enjoyment! In this energetic role, you will oversee pool operations, enforce safety protocols, and respond swiftly to emergencies. We will provide and pay for all training and certifications. Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce water safety rules Respond promptly and effectively to water emergencies, including water rescues and medical incidents Conduct regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical checks, and equipment inspections to uphold health standards Assist with guest services by answering questions, providing directions, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Perform routine safety drills, emergency response procedures, and first aid protocols as needed Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and safety records to ensure compliance with public safety procedures Skills Strong swimming ability Excellent customer service skills with experience working with children and diverse guest populations Ability to perform heavy lifting related to pool equipment or supplies safely Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
