• Share opportunities to get involved and give back to the community Join us and help transform lives. The YMCA of Lima, OH is seeking lifeguards to join our team. Hours needed are for morning, afternoon, and evening hours Monday
• Friday.

Pay Rate:

$13.50 per hour

General Function:

Under the direction of the Aquatics Director, the lifeguard is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool and surrounding areas. This includes creating a safe and positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement in accordance with YMCA policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum of 16 years of age. Lifeguard Certification Reliable transportation to attend work. Team player with a positive, service-oriented attitude. Interested in contributing to the mission of the YMCA.
