Key Responsibilities:

Ensure pool safety by actively monitoring swimmers and enforcing facility rules. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, or rescue assistance as needed. Conduct safety checks of pool areas, equipment, and surrounding spaces. Engage with members by providing excellent customer service and answering questions. Assist with pool maintenance by keeping areas clean and reporting any safety concerns.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Current Lifeguard certification (American Red Cross, or equivalent) - If you're not certified yet, ask us about training opportunities! ✅ Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain alert and focused. ✅ A responsible and safety-first mindset. ✅ Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. ✅ Availability to work morning (6am-9am) or daytime (9am-1pm) How to
