In this role, you will be standing guard and saving lives as you enforce waterpark rules to maintain a safe and fun environment. As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You'll ensure that all guests feel welcome and safe and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always.
Starting Rate:
Up to $17.00 an hour
•Eligibility requirements apply: Open Availability. Base rate for Deep Guard starts at $16.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities Assisting with opening and closing procedures of water park rides and park cleanliness.
Communicating with guests about attraction requirements and safety concerns.
Conducting water rescues and administering first aid or CPR as necessary.
Staying alert and regularly inspecting pools and slides for any hazards or safety risks. What We're Looking For Must be at least 15 years of age
Not a certified Lifeguard? Not a problem! Candidates complete a 3-day certification course (Saturday - Monday) held at Kalahari Resorts facility.
