Lifeguard

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Lifeguards. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of all pool guests while providing exceptional guest service. This role is for the indoor Worthington Natatorium. If you attain your lifeguard certification at Worthington Pools, your tuition will be reimbursed after you work 100 hours. Duties

• Monitor and supervise pool activities to prevent accidents
• Enforce pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
• Perform water rescues when necessary
• Provide first aid and CPR as needed
• Assist with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning and basic upkeep
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner Skills
• Strong swimming abilities
• First aid and CPR certification
• Ability to perform heavy lifting if required
• Excellent guest service skills
