Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, vigilant and certified Lifeguard for a one to three time gig to ensure the safety of all children in our private group for a swimming trip. We have between 13-23 children and will need two lifeguards. August 10,12,14 12:30-2:30 at the indoor pool and water park at Ramkota Hotel in Sioux Falls Responsibilities Monitor pool activities to ensure the safety of all swimmers and guests. Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe environment. Respond promptly to emergencies, providing first aid and CPR as necessary. Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure cleanliness and safety. Conduct regular safety checks of pool equipment and facilities. Provide excellent guest services by interacting positively with patrons and addressing their needs. Participate in training sessions and drills to stay current on lifeguarding techniques and emergency procedures. Requirements Current Lifeguard certification from a recognized organization. Proficient swimming skills with the ability to perform rescues if needed. Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
