In this vital role, you will monitor aquatic areas, enforce safety regulations, and respond swiftly to emergencies. Your proactive approach and leadership will help maintain a safe, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in safety management, customer service, and emergency response while making a positive impact on our community. Duties Constantly monitor swimming areas to ensure compliance with safety rules and prevent accidents or incidents Enforce safety regulations diligently, including pool capacity limits and behavioral guidelines Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies such as water rescues or medical situations using CPR and first aid techniques Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment, safety gear, and surrounding areas to identify hazards or maintenance needs Write detailed incident reports, safety logs, and maintenance records accurately using report writing skills Perform background checks on new staff members in accordance with security and safety regulations when necessary Provide in-person customer service by assisting visitors with questions, enforcing rules kindly but firmly, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests Skills Proficiency in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and basic first aid techniques to respond confidently during emergencies Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to aquatic environments and general security protocols Experience with law enforcement procedures or criminal law to handle sensitive situations effectively Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while performing background checks or incident investigations Excellent writing skills for clear documentation of reports, incident logs, and compliance records Leadership qualities to oversee safety procedures, guide team members, and enforce rules consistently Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools for report writing and data reporting purposes Join us in creating a safe haven where fun meets responsibility! $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
