Duties Monitor pool areas continuously to enforce safety rules and prevent accidents or injuries. Respond swiftly and effectively to water emergencies using water rescue techniques and first aid protocols. Conduct regular pool maintenance, including cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment checks to ensure optimal water quality and safety standards. Provide engaging swim lessons tailored to various skill levels, including beginner to advanced swimmers, with a focus on water safety instruction. Assist guests with pool access, provide excellent customer service, and address any questions or concerns promptly. Maintain accurate incident reports, safety logs, and training records to ensure compliance with public safety procedures. Support overall facility operations by assisting with pool setup, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks as needed. Skills Proven lifeguard experience with current certifications in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED (Automated External Defibrillator) operation, and basic life support. Strong swimming skills with the ability to perform water rescues efficiently under pressure. Knowledge of water safety procedures, public safety protocols, and emergency response techniques for medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest or injuries. Experience working with children and delivering water safety instruction in a clear, engaging manner. Ability to perform pool maintenance tasks including cleaning, chemical testing, and equipment upkeep. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly attitude and effective communication abilities. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, swimming activities, and pool cleaning tasks. Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 35.0 per week
