Job Overview We are looking for a certified and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety of our members and guests at The Club at La Estancia. The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and passionate about water safety.

Salary Range:

$16.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Flexible Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Valid Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross or equivalent). Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification. Strong swimming ability. Excellent observation and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations. Professional, reliable, and team-oriented. Previous lifeguard experience preferred.

Responsibilities Responsibilities:

Monitor the pool area at all times to ensure the safety of all swimmers. Enforce pool rules and regulations in a professional and respectful manner. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, including performing CPR and first aid when needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized pool area. Assist members and guests with questions and provide excellent customer service. Complete daily safety checks of pool equipment and report any issues. Attend required training sessions and stay current on safety protocols.
