Job Description
This position requires American Red Cross Certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, AED, Basic First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens. The main role of this position is to oversee and ensure the safety of all swimmers. Other responsibilities include opening/closing duties, identifying safety hazards, enforce pool rules, execute rescues and provide life saving skills when necessary. This person must be able to make quick decisions, be proactive, have good communication skills and serve the needs of the patrons.
