Full-Time/Part-Time Dates:

Responsibilities:

Monitor pool and/or beach areas to ensure the safety of all patrons. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment. Respond promptly to any emergency situations and provide appropriate assistance and first aid as required. Conduct regular inspections of the pool and related equipment, ensuring their proper functioning and cleanliness. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and patrons to provide information, guidance, and assistance. Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid lifeguard certification from a recognized authority or organization. Strong swimming skills and the ability to perform lifesaving techniques with confidence. Excellent physical fitness and stamina to perform rescue and surveillance duties effectively. Clear understanding of water safety protocols and ability to respond swiftly and calmly in emergency situations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patrons of all ages and backgrounds. Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. Previous lifeguard experience is preferred but not required.
