Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment, including vacuums, floor buffers, and sanitation tools. Handle custodial tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to ensure a spotless environment. Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to chemical handling safety procedures and safety protocol guidelines. Conduct minor maintenance repairs including painting touch-ups, fixing fixtures, replacing light bulbs, and addressing general facility issues. Assist with heavy lifting tasks using proper manual handling techniques to move furniture, equipment, or supplies without risk of injury. Support facilities maintenance activities by inspecting for safety hazards, reporting issues promptly, and assisting with industrial cleaning when necessary. Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and safety inspections to ensure compliance with health standards. Skills Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial services within residential or commercial settings. Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures and proper use of cleaning equipment. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy objects or equipment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and visitors. Experience in custodial work involving floor care such as buffing and polishing using floor buffers or other specialized equipment. Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks including basic repairs and painting. Understanding of safety protocols related to industrial cleaning, chemical handling safety procedures, and sanitation standards. Pay:

$21.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
