As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring every room and public area is spotless, refreshed, and ready to exceed expectations. Responsibilities Clean and refresh guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to the highest hotel standards. Make beds, change linens, replace towels, and restock guest amenities to create a welcoming experience for every guest. Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize rooms and common areas with efficiency and attention to detail. Deliver outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest requests. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards to help keep our property safe and operating smoothly. Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and effectively. Keep housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas clean, organized, and fully stocked. Follow hotel cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards at all times. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to ensure rooms are guest-ready on schedule. Take pride in helping create memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleanliness and hospitality. Qualifications Previous hotel housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train motivated individuals! Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for providing outstanding service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
