Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality.
• Perform various cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping, as well as cleaning bathrooms and restocking linens.
• Ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, adhering to our hotel's cleaning and safety protocols.
• Manage and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any issues that may arise.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude, contributing to a welcoming and supportive environment for our guests. Experience
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in an industrial cleaning or custodial environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is essential.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality settings is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards. Skills
