Residential House Cleaner (Route Team)

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, laundry, and dusting to maintain high standards of cleanliness Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently to achieve optimal results Engage with clients professionally to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service Follow established safety protocols and company procedures during all cleaning activities Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple homes on scheduled routes throughout the day Report any maintenance issues or client concerns promptly to supervisors for resolution Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry processes Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients Ability to work independently while managing time efficiently across multiple locations Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the day Basic familiarity with cleaning tools and supplies; certification in carpet or floor care is a plus Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeper management can be beneficial but is not required Embark on a fulfilling career where your skills make a real difference!
