Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established housekeeping protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned by housekeeping management. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial cleaning, hotel housekeeping, custodial services, or hospitality is preferred. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards guests and coworkers. Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
