Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to ensure a pristine environment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures according to established standards to promote health and safety. Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Handle cleaning equipment and detergents effectively while adhering to safety guidelines for manual handling and heavy lifting. Maintain floor care through sweeping, scrubbing, carpet cleaning, and polishing to keep surfaces looking their best. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor surface maintenance, and debris removal when necessary. Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service throughout each visit. Skills Prefer experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial background preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while following proper procedures for handling cleaning detergents. Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes without compromising quality. Physical stamina for manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting, outdoor work, dusting high surfaces, and moving furniture or appliances when needed. Effective client communication skills to understand expectations and deliver outstanding service consistently.
