  • Overview
  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, including residential homes, hotels, and industrial facilities. This role requires a strong commitment to hospitality and a passion for providing exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests and residents.
  • Duties
  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
  • Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors to ensure safety and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a friendly manner.
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with custodial practices in both residential and industrial cleaning environments is a plus.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
