HOUSEKEEPERS NEEDED

- Looking for Long-Term Squad Members! The Housekeeping Squad is growing, and we're looking for dependable, experienced independent contractors who want consistent work and a long-term partnership with an established local business. We're not just looking for someone to pick up a clean here and there. We want people who take pride in their work, show up when they say they will, and want to become a reliable part of our team for the long haul.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Clean and prepare vacation rental properties between guest stays Complete full turnovers including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas Make beds, restock essentials and leave properties guest-ready Follow our cleaning standards and property checklists Communicate clearly with our team about anything that needs attention

PAY & WORK

$125+ per day , with the opportunity to earn more based on the number and size of properties completed Weekly pay Consistent work throughout the year Additional opportunities during the off-season, including deep cleans Independent contractor position with scheduling based on your availability and our workload

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable and consistent Strong attention to detail Able to work independently and manage your day Reliable vehicle Your own cleaning supplies and equipment Working cell phone Previous housekeeping or vacation rental experience is a plus A positive attitude Weekend availability is important. Vacation rentals don't stop turning on Saturdays and Sundays, and our strongest contractors are those who can consistently work during our busiest days. MOST IMPORTANTLY... Although we are opend to a few part time folds, we're definately looking for several people who want more than a temporary side gig. We value long-term relationships with our contractors and want people who enjoy having consistent work, clear expectations, a supportive team behind them, and the opportunity to grow with us.
