Join our passionate staff at Perdido Beach Resort. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring an exceptional stay for all visitors. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. Duties Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies to ensure a pristine environment Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless surfaces throughout the property Handle laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels Maintain cleanliness in public areas like hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces to promote a welcoming atmosphere Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure swift resolution Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols consistently to ensure quality and compliance Assist with inventory management by stocking cleaning supplies and equipment as needed Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues effectively Experience with hotel housekeeping or custodial management is highly desirable Familiarity with industrial cleaning tools and supplies enhances your effectiveness in this role
