Housekeeping Supervisor Position Summary The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, safe, and comfortable environment throughout Cavalier Healthcare. This position performs environmental cleaning duties in accordance with facility policies and established housekeeping standards to promote the health, safety, and well-being of residents, visitors, and staff.

Accountability:

Housekeeping Supervisor Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties with attention to detail to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout assigned areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment in all assigned resident care areas and facility spaces. Ensure all housekeeping equipment is clean, properly maintained, and in safe working condition at all times. Remove trash and soiled linens from assigned areas and safely transport them to designated disposal or collection locations. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Work collaboratively as a member of the Housekeeping team and assist other departments as needed. Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a commitment to quality, customer service, and resident satisfaction. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Floor care experience, including stripping and waxing floors, is preferred. Maintain reliable attendance and demonstrate flexibility in meeting scheduling and operational needs.

Requirements:

Our Housekeepers display a big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents. No housekeeping experience, but is a plus.
