Residential Cleaning Technician Full-Time | $21-$25/hr based on performance level No nights. No weekends. No major holidays. Ever. Tired of a schedule that eats your evenings and your Saturdays? At WE Clean NWA, you'll work Monday-Friday, must be available 8:00-5:00pm and then your time is yours. No late calls, no weekend "emergency" cleans, no holiday shifts. We built this job so you can actually have a life outside of it. What you'll do Clean residential homes across Bentonville, Rogers, Centerton, Bella Vista, and other local cities as a solo cleaner, following our proven checklist system for each home. You'll learn our speed-cleaning method — the faster and better you get, the more you make. You can even earn more than $25 an hour as you become more efficient. No more being penalized for your effort and speed. You don't have to wait a year to see if you're eligble for a "$0.50 raise". You can start making more the second you finish training and even reach our highest pay within a month or two.
