Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies such as toiletries and linens. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in a safe manner. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Flexibility in schedule availability; willingness to work weekends a must.
