Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Técnico en Limpieza de Casa Residenciales to provide exceptional cleaning services for private residences. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitation to maintain pristine environments. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to ensure hygiene standards are met or exceeded. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different flooring types. Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, window washing, and maintaining outdoor areas as needed. Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, steamers, scrubbers, and other janitorial tools. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service while managing time efficiently to complete tasks promptly. Experience Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards. Familiarity with the use of various cleaning detergents, equipment, and supplies specific to home environments. Experience in handling heavy lifting tasks safely and managing manual handling responsibilities during deep cleans or moving furniture. Knowledge of floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and surface maintenance across different flooring materials. Prior outdoor work experience such as window washing or patio maintenance is preferred. Strong client communication skills with a focus on delivering personalized service tailored to each household's preferences.
