Make beds, change linens, and replace towels. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, and toilets. Dust furniture, clean mirrors, and vacuum or mop floors. Replenish guest supplies, toiletries, and in-room amenities. Report maintenance issues, damages, and items left behind by guests. Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Maintain housekeeping carts and supply areas in an organized manner. Complete assigned rooms within established timeframes while maintaining quality standards. Respect guest privacy and follow hotel procedures for entering occupied rooms. Communicate with the housekeeping supervisor and front desk regarding room status and guest needs. Work as part of a team to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel.
