Schedule:

Job Duties Sorting and washing soiled linens

Folding and organizing clean laundry

Offloading 200 lbs of wet laundry from washers and loading into dryers

Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the laundry department

Carefully checking laundry for potential biohazards such as bodily fluids or sharps (refer to on-site BBP protocol)

Working closely with the team to ensure efficiency and safety Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous housekeeping, hospitality, custodial, or cleaning training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Have the strength and stamina to lift 40 lbs repeatedly over 8-10 hours

Can stoop, bend, reach, and stay active for long periods

Are dependable, safety-conscious, and flexible to work every other weekend

Are comfortable working around biohazards (training provided)

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent

Have experience in laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare (a plus, but not required)

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow cleaning schedules and quality standards.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple assigned areas efficiently.

Dependable attendance, professionalism, and commitment to cleanliness and safety. Preferred Qualifications Experience in laundry, housekeeping, or healthcare is a plus but not required

Experience using cleaning equipment, laundry systems, housekeeping carts, or sanitation products is beneficial.

Knowledge of room inspection standards, infection control, or environmentally responsible cleaning practices is considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate reliability, discretion, efficiency, and pride in maintaining clean environments are well positioned for success as a Laundry Room Attendant. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull cleaning supplies, linens, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Ability to safely maneuver housekeeping carts, vacuums, and cleaning equipment.
