Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently. Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards. Maintain floor care through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and applying appropriate treatments for different surfaces. Manage outdoor work tasks such as patio cleaning or outdoor furniture maintenance when required. Use manual handling techniques safely when lifting heavy objects or moving furniture during deep cleans or rearrangements. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service throughout the cleaning process. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping roles with familiarity in janitorial or custodial practices. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards. Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and complete assignments promptly. Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Experience with cleaning detergents, disinfectants, and proper sanitation procedures.
