Janitor Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. The Janitor will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize designated areas including restrooms, break rooms, and office spaces
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and buffing
• Conduct industrial cleaning tasks as needed
• Assist with residential painting projects when required
• Support facilities maintenance by promptly addressing repair needs
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed
• Collaborate with the custodial team to uphold cleanliness standards
• Execute porter duties to maintain a welcoming atmosphere for visitors

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or related field
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining a tidy environment
