Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces using industry-standard cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain high standards of floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing various flooring surfaces Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold property standards Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and staff alike Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed Must work weekends and holidays. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency in cleanliness Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks throughout shifts Prior custodial or housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required Join us in creating memorable experiences by providing exceptional cleanliness and comfort!
