Duties Perform thorough cleaning of common areas, and facilities according to established standards. Manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Conduct floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while cleaning and organizing spaces. Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction. Uphold the standards of housekeeping management in line with industry best practices. Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping Familiarity with custodial tasks and industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment usage. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff.
