Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, floor care, and surface sanitation to meet high cleanliness standards Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and guest clothing Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces through regular cleaning routines Manage janitorial supplies inventory and ensure proper storage of cleaning equipment for safety and efficiency Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to moving furniture or large items safely using manual handling techniques Communicate professionally with guests regarding their needs or special requests to enhance their experience Skills Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor cleaning methods, carpet cleaning, and floor care techniques Familiarity with cleaning equipment and the proper use of cleaning detergents and sanitation products Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during shifts Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when necessary Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members Outdoor work experience is a plus for maintaining exterior areas of the property Join our team as a Housekeeper and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels valued!
