Typical responsibilities include:

Clean and sanitize kitchens and bathrooms Dust furniture, surfaces, fixtures, and accessible areas Vacuum carpets and rugs Sweep and mop hard floors Clean mirrors and other glass surfaces Wipe down appliances and countertops Empty trash Make beds when included with the cleaning Complete cleaning checklists and required job photos Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized Communicate professionally with clients and team members Make sure each home is left clean, comfortable, and ready for the client to enjoy What We're Looking For You do not need years of professional cleaning experience. We can train the right person. What matters most to us is that you are: Reliable and show up when scheduled Punctual Hardworking Detail-oriented Comfortable working independently Able to follow a cleaning system and checklist Friendly and professional in clients' homes Comfortable using a smartphone for schedules, checklists, and photos Comfortable working around common household pets Able to stay active throughout the workday Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone with reliable service Ability to drive between client homes during the workday Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and clean for several hours at a time Ability to reliably arrive at scheduled jobs on time Previous experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, hotels, janitorial work, or similar positions is a plus, but it is not required.
