Home2 Suites by Hilton Gilbert is looking for dedicated Room Attendants to join our hospitality team. As an extended-stay brand, our guests rely on us to provide a clean, comfortable, and safe "home away from home." In this role, you will be the heart of our hotel's guest experience, ensuring that our spacious guest suites and public spaces are sparkling clean, fully stocked, and welcoming from the moment a guest walks through the door.

Key Responsibilities Suite Cleanliness:

Clean, dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest suites according to Hilton brand standards and specific time constraints.

Bedding & Linens:

Strip and remake beds with fresh linens; remove and replace used towels and toiletries.

Bathroom Sanitation:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.

Kitchenette Maintenance:

Clean and wipe down the extended-stay kitchenette features specific to Home2 Suites (microwaves, refrigerators, sinks, and counters).

Cart & Supply Management:

Organize, stock, and transport your housekeeping supply cart efficiently throughout your shift.

Guest Service:

Greet guests with a friendly smile, answer basic questions, and promptly fulfill guest requests for extra linens or amenities.

Safety & Maintenance Reporting:

Immediately report any maintenance issues, room damages, or mechanical failures to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Strictly follow chemical handling and safety protocols.

Lost & Found:

Securely document and turn in all items left behind by guests to management.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel, lodging, or healthcare facility is preferred but not required. We will train the right candidate!

Availability:

Must have flexible availability, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.

Physical Stamina:

Must be able to perform major physical activities including standing for long periods, bending, kneeling, stretching, and reaching. Must be able to push/pull a housekeeping cart (up to 60 lbs) and lift up to 30 lbs unassisted. Attention to
