Role:

As a Light Housekeeping and Companion HHA, you will provide personalized support to our clients, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship.

Your duties will include:

Light Housekeeping:

Maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our clients, including laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up living spaces.

Companionship:

Engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities with our clients to promote socialization and a sense of connection.

Meal Preparation:

Preparing simple meals and snacks for our clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.

Personal Care:

Assisting with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and overall well-being. Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided. Collaborate with other care professionals to ensure seamless transitions and comprehensive care. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure open lines of communication.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

1 year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a home care setting.

Location:

Reliable transportation to a client in the Goodyear, AZ area

Certifications:

Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date.
