Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness. Conduct thorough custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or special projects from management. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all cleaning duties. Requirements Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, walking, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and maintaining a clean environment. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
