Job Description
Overview Become the friendly face that welcomes customers, takes & fill orders, and ensures an exceptional service experience. This energetic role combines customer interaction, and sales skills to create a lively and efficient environment. this position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills while providing top-notch service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist with orders at the front counter. Operate POS systems Take in customer orders, rack orders Maintain cleanliness of the front counter, Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous experience in retail environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for sales transactions, and inventory counts. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Dependable work ethic with good time management skills to ensure smooth daily operations.
